Of course no one feels really safe today and when you have an unknown person in your home, it can be scary if you don't have a reason to trust the individual. Of course, we believe that by nature, there is good in everyone. But, we still lock our doors at night. People are good, but not always so we go the important step of certifying our staff and technician to be of good character, courteous nature, skilled at what they do, and verified that they are consistently drug, alcohol, and criminal activity free.

Background Checks: Anyone who works for us and who subsequently works at your home, is guaranteed to be background safe. We do a complete criminal background check, we very every reference, we check with previous employers - we find out what our people are like before we employee them.

Drug Screens: Each of our technicians has undergone complete drug screening test. This is of course mandatory and random. We keep up with our peoples lives simply by working with them. We know our people are of the moral character you expect in a decent individual.

References and Past Work References: We have found it helps to be through in investigating the quality of the people we employee. We research their references, we talk to those who know them. We also contact previous employers to learn about a potential employees personality, traits, and work habits. You can rest assured that we have dotted the i's and crossed the t's in our inspections.

We would have them in our own homes: The bottom line is we trust and like the people we work with here at Stark Air. We feel comfortable sending them to work at your home, as we would to have them work at our home or to eat dinner with us or to watch our kids. We trust them - but we checked them out first.

Our Warranty / Guarantee

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from agreed upon specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance.

Guarantee TWO YEAR Parts and Labor Warranty on all our service work!

We do not guarantee parts other than those we installed. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately. Our guarantee on refrigerant leak repairs is for the specific location. Be sure technician accurately described the location or repaired leak. There will be no coverage on another leak location. Blowing out drain lines carries NO guarantee. Coil pans trap debris that can break loose and cause future drain clogging. Coil cleaning has a one year guarantee.

SERVICE

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our technician(s) smoke, swear, are not drug free, do not wear medical shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.

REPAIRS

We guarantee that the repair on your equipment is fixed right or the repair is free. If a repair fails during the season, we will repair it again absolutely free. Specific repairs are guaranteed for two years or the repair is free!

REPLACEMENT

We guarantee that the equipment we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to our satisfaction, we will replace it at no charge or remove it and refund your investment.

  • Comfort: The system(s) installed will heat to 78 on a 20 degree day and cool your home to 75 on a 100 degree day or be replaced at no charge.
  • No Lemons: If the compressor fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete new outside unit. If the heat exchanger fails in your furnace in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.
  • Utility Savings: You will save a minimum of 10% on your heating and cooling costs, or we will refund the difference of your savings not realized in the first two years. (If system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate system performance.) Guaranteed based on same temperature conditions, and the same utility costs.
  • No Hassle Guarantee: If your system breaks down during the first two years, and our technician is unable to repair it that day, we will pay for your hotel stay until the system is repaired. (Maximum daily allowance $100)
  • Clean Indoor Coil: When you invest in a high efficiency filter, the coil in your system will remain in top efficiency and capacity due to the efficiency of the filter. If your coil requires cleaning within ten years, we will clean it at no charge.
  • Money Back: If we don't live up to our promises, and you're not satisfied, we will remove the system and refund 100% of your investment. (Money back is limited to one year from installation date.)

WARRANTY

  • Repairs: Repairs will be made without charge to you or the future owner of the system, for the length of time specified from the date of installation. (excluding diagnostic charge)
  • Transferable: If you sell your home, the warranty can be transferred to the new owner. (New owner must maintain equipment through Stark Heat and Air maintenance program)
  • Scheduled Service: As per the manufacturer's recommendations and policy, scheduled service must be performed on your equipment. Please maintain all records.
  • Acts of God: Damage resulting from Acts of God are not covered under Warranty or Guarantees.
  • Exclusions: Excludes routine maintenance such as filters, cleaning, etc. (after first year), damage due to alterations from work performed by other parties, misuse, or neglect.
