"I do not know how to express the eternal gratitude I feel. The words 'Thank You' seem completely insufficient. My daughter and one of my granddaughters had been suffering from headaches each morning for a couple of weeks. Then Sergio Villarreal came to their house to do a fall/winter heat check in late December. The heat exchanger that served the upstairs of their house(where all the bedrooms are) had several cracks in it. Because of the cracks he had to condemn the unit and disable it. The next morning, and every morning since, my daughter and granddaughter have been free of headaches. Knowing that one of the first symptoms of Carbon Monoxide poisoning is headaches, I can only conclude that Sergio's actions may well have saved the lives of my daughter, son-in-law, two granddaughters and my not quite two year old grandson. The new Lennox unit that Joel, Michael and Jorge installed is working very well. Todd and Bob were careful to measure the house and be certain that the proper size unit was installed. The unit that had to be replaced was a four-ton. After carefully calculating the heat load, Todd and Bob knew that the new unit should be a three-ton.
